Vendor Applications

All Market Vendors must become Members of the Hazelton Farmers’ Market Society (except for ‘casual vendors’ of less than 3 markets per season, see HFM Regulations & Principles)

The Society Membership Form follows the Application Form, please complete both if you have not already renewed your 2021 membership.

IMPORTANT Due to the pandemic we are currently running a modified market as directed by the BC Centre of Disease Control.  At this time, all regular farmers’ market products (both food and non-food) are permitted for sale at the market, but this can change at anytime.  Vendor capacity continues to be limited to ensure adequate distancing between vendors.

Please list ALL products you wish to sell, including a brief description on how you Grow, Make or Bake them.  Items produced by a similar method may be grouped together as one item (e.g. ‘garden vegetables’ rather than ‘carrots’, ‘beets’ etc)
