Vendor Application

All Market Vendors must become Members of the Hazelton Farmers’ Market Society (except for ‘casual vendors’ of less than 3 markets per season, see HFM Regulations & Principles)

The Society Membership Form follows the Application Form, please complete both if you have not already renewed your 2024 membership.

Please list ALL products you wish to sell, including a brief description on how you Grow, Make or Bake them.  Items produced by a similar method may be grouped together as one item (e.g. ‘garden vegetables’ rather than ‘carrots’, ‘beets’ etc)
